本活動兌換之機票兌換序號可於2025年12月18日23:00前(GMT+8)兌換並完成搭乘台灣虎航不限航點單程機票一張。本機票兌換證明僅限乙人乙次使用(請注意：航班搭乘當日仍未滿12歲之兒童會員，無法於官網單獨購票，請於購票前聯繫台灣虎航客服中心取得協助。 )，不包含兩地機場稅金；請於期限內至台灣虎航官網完成機票訂購及兌換，逾時未兌換視同放棄權利。本機票兌換證明不具任何商業販售價值，不得轉售、不得延展效期、更改行程、更換日期、退票及變更現金；且兌換證明須符合下方使用規定既附註說明，如經查獲，本公司得取消本機票兌換證明之兌換資格。

The voucher code for the “board 10 get 1 free” campaign can be used to redeem and travel a one-way flight ticket with Tigerair Taiwan to any destination before 23:00 (GMT+8) on 18 December 2025. Each voucher code is only valid for one time and one traveler (Please note: Children under 12 years old cannot purchase tickets independently on the official website. Please contact the customer service center before booking.)and it does not include airport taxes for neither departure nor arrival locations. Please complete the booking and redemption on Tigerair Taiwan's official website within the specified period; failure to redeem by the deadline will be considered as forfeiture of the right to the ticket voucher. This voucher has no commercial value, cannot be sold, deadline extended, used to change the itinerary, change dates, request a refund, or be monetized. The voucher must comply with the terms of use and notes below. If any violations are detected, Tigerair Taiwan reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of this voucher.

• 本機票兌換證明使用及搭乘期限為2025年12月18日止。如遇欲訂日期航班客滿，請於兌換期限內選擇其他搭乘區間(或航班)。本機票兌換證明限搭航班編號為IT開頭且為台灣虎航執飛之航班，共用班號恕不在此機票兌換證明之折抵範圍內。
• 本機票兌換證明不適用之搭乘期間為：2024年10月8日至16日、2024年12月20日至31日、2025年1月1日至5日、2025年1月22日至2月5日、2025年2月26日至3月4日、2025年3月19日至4月13日、2025年4月29日至5月6日、2025年5月28日至6月3日、2025年6月25日至7月16日、2025年10月2日至10月14日。
• 此機票兌換證明恕不可與其他優惠合併使用，且僅可選購「tigerlight」之費率，每乙筆訂位紀錄限使用乙組兌換序號，每乙組序號限乙位旅客使用乙次(請注意：航班搭乘當日仍未滿12歲之兒童會員，無法於官網單獨購票，請於購票前聯繫台灣虎航客服中心取得協助。 )。本機票兌換證明無法扣抵二地機場稅金、訂位服務費、行李託運、機上餐點、各項手續費、旅遊平安保險、旅館、車票、船票等其他之加值收費服務。
• 機位預訂及開票時，應付金額經本機票兌換證明抵用仍不足之部分及乘客需自行支付隨機票徵收之機場稅金、規費、手續費及訂位服務費，請於購票時以信用卡支付。
• 兌換序號限由持票旅客本人兌換或折抵本公司營運航班之機票或相關費用，不得轉售、轉讓。機票經開立後，不得變更或取消。如遇任何航班異動或取消，請於本公司異動或取消通知內所載明受理變更作業期間，主動與台灣虎航客服中心聯繫，本公司將盡可能協助旅客調整到下一個尚有空位的同一航點同一艙等之表定航班。若旅客未於通知所載受理期間聯繫本公司並配合完成相關變更作業，視同拋棄該次搭乘本公司航班之權利，本公司對旅客已使用過的序號不再重發，亦不予其他補償或賠償。本機票兌換證明需加蓋台灣虎航之鋼印後始生效力。台灣虎航保留對所有事宜之最終解釋權及裁決權。

• 凡提出兌換申請後，即視為「已兌換」，且不得要求更改行程、延期、退票、轉讓、改期、取消、變更現金或找零。
• 凡完成購票程序且取得訂位代號後，無法再使用活動、會員等相關兌換序號進行相關費用折抵或變更付款方式。

• The validity of this voucher code for both redemption and travel is before 23:00 (GMT+8) on December 18, 2025. If the desired flight is fully booked on the selected date, please choose an alternative flight or travel segment within the redemption period. This voucher is only valid for flights operated by Tigerair Taiwan with flight numbers starting with IT. Codeshare flights are not eligible.
• The following periods are excluded from the use of this voucher code:
  - October 8 to October 16, 2024
  - December 20 to December 31, 2024
  - January 1 to January 5, 2025
  - January 22 to February 5, 2025
  - February 26 to March 4, 2025
  - March 19 to April 13, 2025
  - April 29 to May 6, 2025
  - May 28 to June 3, 2025
  - June 25 to July 16, 2025
  - October 2 to October 14, 2025
  
•  This voucher code cannot be combined with other promotions and is only valid for booking "tigerlight" fares. Each booking record can only use one voucher code, and each voucher code is valid for one  traveler (Please note: Children under 12 years old cannot purchase tickets independently on the official website. Please contact the customer service center before booking.) The voucher code cannot be used to offset airport taxes at both departure and arrival locations, booking service fees, checked baggage fees, in-flight meals, handling fees, travel insurance, hotel accommodations, transportation tickets, or other ancillary charges.
•  At the time of booking and issuing the ticket, any remaining amount not covered by the voucher code, as well as any applicable airport taxes, fees, handling charges, and booking service fees, must be paid by the passenger. Please use a credit card for payment during the booking process.
• The voucher code could only be used by the voucher holder themselves for redeeming or offsetting the cost of tickets or related expenses for flights operated by Tigerair Taiwan and cannot be sold or transferred. Once the ticket is issued, it cannot be changed or canceled. In the event of any flight changes or cancellations, please contact Tigerair Taiwan’s customer service center within the change or cancellation notice period specified by Tigerair Taiwan. We will assist in adjusting to the next available flight on the same route and class. If the passenger does not contact our company and complete the necessary changes within the specified period, the right to use the ticket will be forfeited, and Tigerair Taiwan will not reissue the used voucher code or provide any compensation. The voucher code certificate will only be effective after being stamped with Tigerair Taiwan’s official seal. Tigerair Taiwan reserves the right of final interpretation and decision on all matters.
• For any issues related to ticket redemption, please contact Tigerair Taiwan Customer Service Center at: +886 2 7753 1088. The service hours are daily from 09:00 to 21:00 (*Customer Service Center is for consultation only and does not provide redemption services).
• Once a redemption request is made, it is considered as "redeemed," and no requests for itinerary changes, extensions, refunds, transfers, rescheduling, cancellations, cash changes, or refunds will be accepted.
• Once the ticket purchasing process is completed and a reservation code is obtained, activity, membership, or other related redemption codes can no longer be used for cost offsets or payment method changes.
